By accessing or using the Exquisite Logistics Moving website at exquisitelogisticsmoving.com, submitting a booking through our online booking system, requesting a quote, or engaging any of our moving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service Description
Exquisite Logistics Moving provides professional moving services throughout Denver, Colorado, and all 50 states. Our services include:
- Local moving within the Denver metro area and Front Range
- Long distance and interstate moving across all 50 states
- Professional packing and unpacking services
- Apartment and high-rise moves
- Same-day and emergency moving services
- Loading and unloading (labor-only) services
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation by Exquisite Logistics Moving. We do not provide storage services.
3. Online Booking and Quotes
Our website provides an online booking system where you can receive an instant quote based on the details you provide, including move size (studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, or 4+ bedrooms), distance, add-on services, and packing preferences. Quotes generated through our website are estimates and the final cost may vary based on actual move conditions, additional services requested on the day of the move, or inaccurate information provided during booking.
By submitting a booking through our website, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4. Deposit and Payment Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your moving date. This deposit is processed securely through our payment system and is applied toward the total cost of your move. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
- The deposit secures your scheduled moving date and crew availability
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move
- Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible. The $50 deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on crew and date availability and may be subject to additional fees.
6. Pricing and Add-On Services
Our pricing is based on the size of your move, distance, and any add-on services you select. Add-on services include but are not limited to full packing, partial packing, piano moving, furniture disassembly/reassembly, and packing supplies. Distance-based fees apply for moves exceeding 10 miles from the origin. A detailed breakdown of pricing is available on our Pricing page.
7. Liability and Insurance
Exquisite Logistics Moving is fully licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. We are committed to handling all items with the utmost care and professionalism. However, liability for loss or damage to items during the move is limited to the terms of our insurance coverage. We encourage clients to review our coverage details prior to the move and to consider purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.
Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of the completion of the move. We will work with you to resolve any valid claims promptly and fairly.
8. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the size, quantity, and nature of items to be moved
- Disclosing any items requiring special handling (fragile, hazardous, or high-value)
- Ensuring adequate access at both pickup and delivery locations
- Obtaining any necessary building permits, elevator reservations, or parking arrangements
- Being present or having an authorized representative at both locations during the move
- Securing or removing items not included in the move
9. Prohibited Items
Exquisite Logistics Moving will not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, illegal substances, or perishable food items. If prohibited items are discovered during the move, we reserve the right to refuse transport of those items.
10. Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate booking of moving services. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false booking information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
11. SMS and Communication
By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Exquisite Logistics Moving regarding your booking confirmation, move reminders, and service updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
12. Modifications to Terms
Exquisite Logistics Moving reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
14. Packing Supplies Orders
Exquisite Logistics Moving offers packing supplies available for standalone purchase without booking a move. The following terms apply to all packing supplies orders:
- Free delivery is included within our Denver metro service area (approximately 30-mile radius from our Arvada, CO location)
- A delivery fee may apply for addresses outside the free delivery area
- All supply orders are subject to product availability
- Opened or used packing materials cannot be returned
- Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days
